Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how our Discord bot (the "Bot") handles information when used in our Discord server. We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping things simple.

What the Bot Does

The Bot has a single purpose: to automatically assign a role to members when they join the server. That is the only function it performs.

Information We Collect

None. The Bot does not collect, store, log, or share any personal information. It does not save your Discord ID, username, messages, server activity, or any other data.

When a member joins, the Bot reads the join event in real time only to assign the appropriate role, and nothing about that event is retained afterward.

How We Use Information

Because no information is collected or stored, there is nothing to use, process, analyze, sell, or share with third parties.

Data Retention

No data is retained. The Bot keeps no database, no logs, and no records of any kind.

Third Parties

The Bot operates within Discord and is subject to Discord's Privacy Policy. We do not transmit any information to any other third-party service.

Children's Privacy

The Bot is intended to be used in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to be of the minimum age permitted in their country. Since the Bot collects no data, no information from any user, including minors, is gathered.

Changes to This Policy

If the Bot's functionality ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
